As a dietitian, wellness educator and advocate for living your best life now, I simply had to have a section dedicated to humor, health and happiness.
Humor is infectious, free and boosts our feelings of well-being in ways that few other things can. We need to laugh, simple as that.
Health is a key component to living a life of abundance. My goal is to give you sound advice in this plethora of available information and misinformation.
Happiness is both the precursor to, and result of, the other two. It heals and helps us capitalize on our strengths. In turn, it makes the world a richer place to live.
Enjoy laughing, learning and hopefully incorporating some of these pearls of wisdom into your every day life.
